1. What OddJob Does

OddJob is a micro-task marketplace that connects task posters with hustlers. We facilitate the transaction but are not responsible for the quality of tasks or submissions beyond our moderation process.

2. For Hustlers

Complete tasks honestly and as instructed. Submit genuine proof of completion only. Fake, duplicate, or dishonest submissions result in immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of payment. Payment is sent to your UPI within 48 hours of poster approval.

3. For Posters

Payment must be made upfront before tasks go live. You have 72 hours to approve or reject submissions after the deadline. If no action is taken within 72 hours, payment is automatically released to hustlers. You may only reject work that genuinely does not meet your brief.

4. Platform Fee

OddJob charges a 15% platform fee on all transactions, paid by the poster. This is shown clearly before payment is made.

5. Disputes

All disputes are handled by OddJob. Our decision is final.

6. Prohibited Tasks

No illegal, harmful, or misleading tasks allowed. OddJob reserves the right to reject any task without explanation.
